No physical items are sold, handled, or shipped.

All eBooks and digital materials are delivered electronically.

Upon successful payment, instant access to the purchased digital product is provided via a direct download link or email.

Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once access has been granted or the download link has been generated. Since digital products cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or personal preference.

Exceptions for Refund Requests:
Refunds may be considered only in limited and exceptional circumstances, including:
