What kind of products do you sell?
Pro AI Academy offers digital eBooks focused on artificial intelligence education and informational content. We do not sell physical products, recurring subscriptions, or bundled services.
How are the products delivered?
All products are delivered digitally. Immediately after a successful payment, you will receive instant access to your eBook via a secure download link or email.
My Account
Do I need an account to purchase?
No. You can complete your purchase as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to access your order history and download links more easily in the future.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
If you have an account, click on “Forgot password” on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment providers (including Shopify Payments/Stripe). All transactions are encrypted and processed online.
What currency are payments processed in?
All payments are processed in USD. Your bank or card provider may apply a currency conversion if your local currency is different.
What happens if my payment is declined?

How do I know my order was successful?

I can’t access my download. What should I do?

Refunds & Returns
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. Refunds are only considered in exceptional cases, such as verified duplicate purchases or technical access issues that we cannot resolve.
I purchased by mistake. Can I get a refund?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Each request is reviewed individually, but please note that refunds are not guaranteed once digital access has been granted.
